Drexel University's LeBow College of Business congratulates the following professors for their recent achievements:

Trina Larsen Andras, Ph.D., professor and head of the Marketing Department, and Bert Rosenbloom, Ph.D, Rauth chair professor of marketing management, co-authored the article "Understanding Cultural Frames in the Multicultural Sales Organization: Prospects and Problems for the Sales Manager," along with Brent Smith, in the Journal of Transnational Management, 14(4), forthcoming.

Erik Benrud, Ph.D., clinical professor of finance, presented the paper "The Option Listing Effect and Depositary Receipts: Is it Different from that of Domestic Stocks?" at the 2009 Financial Management Association meetings in Reno, Nevada, on October 26. Dr. Benrud also authored a book chapter. He wrote "The History and Evolution of Dividends," which appears in the book Dividends and Dividend Policy.

Daniel Korschun, Ph.D., gave a presentation for the Aspen Institute titled, "Marketing in Multi-Stakeholder Environments: Lessons from Corporate Social Responsibility" on September 3.

Prabakar Kothandaraman, Ph.D., clinical associate professor of marketing, and Rajneesh Suri, Ph.D., associate professor of marketing, presented "Effects of Sorting on Price on Product Evaluations" at the Behavioral Pricing Conference at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.

Maria Olivero, Ph.D., assistant professor of economics, had the paper "Is there a Financial Accelerator in U.S. Banking? Evidence from the Cyclicality of Banks' Price-Cost Margins," co-authored with Roger Aliaga-Diaz, accepted for publication in Economics Letters.

Elliot Schreiber, Ph.D., executive director of LeBow College of Business Center for Corporate Reputation Management and a clinical professor of marketing, spoke at a Dilworth Paxson Middle Market Business Seminar Series event titled "Developing and Protecting Your Brand -- From Business Creation to Market Sensation," on October 22. Dr. Schreiber was also an invited lecturer at a public forum held at Villanova University on November 19. He spoke on the topic "Values: The Foundation of Corporate Reputation."

Dr. Schreiber, along with Donna De Carolis, Ph.D., associate dean for strategic initiatives, Mark Loschiavo, executive director of the Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship, and Ralph Walkling, Ph.D., executive director of the Center for Corporate Governance, spoke at the EMBA Alumni Association's first Executive MBA Alumni Summit held October 30.

Yoto Yotov, Ph.D., assistant professor of economics, presented the paper "On the Incidence and Welfare Effects of Free Trade Agreements" at the Midwest Meetings in International Trade at Penn State University on October 31.
