Join us for our final LeBow to Go event on Wednesday, February 13, from 4:30 to 6 p.m., featuring guest presenter Dr. Stanley Ridgley, assistant clinical professor of management. This seminar will teach you valuable public speaking and presentation skills to use both in school and on the job.

In today’s business world, success requires more than mastering derivatives and management theories. The market demands a level of sophistication to distinguish yourself in a multitude of business environments.

LeBow College of Business recognizes this need and offers students opportunities to enhance their business acumen with the LeBow to Go series of presentations covering topics from networking to negotiations. These presentations will prepare individuals to thrive in their careers and social settings.

Stanley K. Ridgley, PhD, IMBA brings to bear the most powerful instructional techniques from one of America’s great business schools and combines them with the lessons of military leadership and high strategy learned on the front lines of the Cold War as a Military Intelligence Officer. Dr. Ridgley helps students and executives tap potential, realize strengths, recognize talents, and imbue themselves with energy and confidence.

Dr. Ridgley is Assistant Professor of Management at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. He holds a Doctorate and Masters in International Relations from Duke University and an International MBA from Temple University. He has also studied at Moscow State University and the Institut de Gestion Sociale in Paris.

A former Military Intelligence Officer, Dr. Ridgley served five years in West Berlin and near the Czech-German border. Dr. Ridgley’s intelligence activities versus the Soviet Union included signals intelligence, electronic intelligence, operations security, as well as Russian translation and analysis. He graduated from the U.S. Army’s Airborne School at Ft. Benning, Georgia, and served as a tactical intelligence officer on the German frontier with a combat arms unit and as a liaison officer during Soviet military inspections.

Dr. Ridgley teaches courses on Global Business Policies, International Business Fundamentals, Competitive Intelligence, and Advanced Strategic Business Presentations. He is the author/lecturer for The Great Courses series on Strategic Thinking Skills, available from www.thegreatcourses.com. He has lectured and presented widely in the United States, Russia, India, France, Singapore, and Colombia to audiences from 4 to 400. University students and businessmen have heard Dr. Ridgley’s dynamic lectures on Competitive Intelligence, Motivation, Leadership, Personal Competitive Advantage, Globalization, and Business Strategy.
