The Center for Corporate Governance invites you to join us for our 10th Annual Corporate Governance Conference. This year’s conference honoree is Luigi Zingales, Robert C. McCormack Distinguished Service Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance, Charles M. Harper Faculty Fellow, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Previous recipients include Jonathan Karpoff, Michael Jensen, Rene Stulz, Andrei Shleifer, Steven Kaplan, Harold Demsetz, Kevin Murphy, Michael Weisbach and Laura Starks.

Conference Welcome Dinner

For the first time this year, we are excited to announce the conference welcome dinner will be held at the award-winning Barbuzzo Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar. We are delighted to announce the keynote speaker for our conference welcome dinner is Ron Lumbra. Ron Lumbra is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office within the Global Chief Executive Officer & Board of Directors Practice and the regional leader for the Americas. The dinner will take place on Thursday April 20th from 6-9 pm. Please be sure to select the correct registration option if you have have plans to join us for dinner as well.
