Leading for Change Fellowship Nomination Form
The Drexel LeBow Leading for Change Fellowship Program for Leaders in Public Service encourages nominations of individuals who have: demonstrated a capacity for leadership, exhibited interest in and commitment to public service policy, practice and delivery and have potential for exercising substantial public service leadership in the future.
The Fellowship is designed for emerging and established leaders in the public service sector and provides a forum for discussion around leading system, policy and practice changes within the sector and fosters collaboration to resolve challenges that will help improve communities and make Philadelphia thrive.
Nomination and Application process
- Senior level executives are expected to promote the Fellowship throughout the organization and permit management and supervisory persons to grant the necessary leave time to fellows selected to fully participate in the program.
- Nominating managers will submit a nomination form for each individual they are nominating to the Fellowship and encourage those individuals to submit applications. (Nominees will be emailed with more information and directions on how to complete the application form.)
- Once fellows have been selected to participate in the program, nominating managers will serve as an advocate and mentor for the fellow within their department, and as necessary, be the liaison between the Fellow and the Fellowship.
