Executive MBA International Residency

In the last term of their Executive MBA program, students experience international business decisions through studying and visiting foreign countries. Coursework in international business and on-site cultural immersion enhance students’ understanding of the global economic and business environment and the opportunities and challenges facing companies in other areas of the world.

Prior to their ten-day international residency abroad, students participate in a required nine-week global EMBA course (INTB 790). Through this academic component, students study various aspects of the areas they will visit. Coursework consists of readings on the international setting of business and finance, case studies, class discussion, current and historical events of importance and projects focused on the companies the group will visit abroad.
