As nonprofit boards consider strategies for the future of the organizations they serve, strategic alliances are an important consideration. By coming together for a common purpose, nonprofits can strengthen their missions and impact. Attendees will hear directly from the leadership of Episcopal Community Services, Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, and Philabundance as they share their experience in strategically aligning the three organizations. Attendees will also gain insight into how catalyst funds like the Nonprofit Repositioning Fund are supporting alliance initiatives and hear about the latest academic research conducted by the Gupta Governance Institute’s Center for Nonprofit Governance.
