Registration for this event has passed.

Drexel LeBow’s Next-Gen Lab will partner with AmeriGas to offer the second annual Disruptor Games.

How do artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things drive transformation?

Disruptor Games is an opportunity for students to learn about disruptive technologies and apply them to solve everyday business problems in a fun and collaborative setting. Beginners or students with any level expertise are welcome!

In preparation for the Disruptor Games, participants will attend a workshop led by Murugan Anandarajan, PhD, professor of Decision Sciences and MIS, and Tim Jordan, Group Director of Supply Chain at AmeriGas, from 9 - 10:30 a.m. to introduce students to the internet of things and artificial intelligence and learn about how they can improve traditional business operations. Following the workshop, participants will compete to propose how to best use these technologies to improve an everyday process. Participants will work in teams of 5-7 students and will present to a panel of faculty and industry judges.

This event is open to undergraduate and graduate students across all LeBow programs and is offered in conjunction with Drexel LeBow’s SAP Next-Gen Lab, which focuses on IoT and other disruptive technologies.

Please register by October 30 and contact Jane Kuntz (jtk92@drexel.edu) if you would like to form a team prior to the competition. Otherwise, students will be assigned to teams.

This event will be held on Zoom. Link will be provided upon registration.
