 rs. Mr. Carchedi was previously\nPresident\, Commercial Operation North Am
 erica for Mallinckrodt\nPharmaceuticals\, the Pharmaceutical business of C
 ovidien Plc.\nMallinckrodt is a $2.0 Billion business focused on the devel
 opment and\ncommercialization of five business units including: Specialty\
 nPharmaceuticals\, Generics\, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)\,\nM
 edical Diagnostic and Radiopharmaceutical Agents.\n\nAmong his many career
  honors\, Mr. Carchedi has received numerous\nleadership awards and curren
 tly serves on the Board of Directors of\nCornerstone Pharmaceuticals\, Sun
 esis Pharmaceuticals\, BioNumerick\nPharmaceuticals and PCAsso Diagnostics
  LLC. He also previously served\nas the Co-Chair of the BioNJ Personalized
  Medicine & Diagnostics\nCommittee. He is a member of the Chief Marketing 
 Officer Council\n(CMOC)\, the Ontario Institute Of Cancer Research Commerc
 ial Committee\n(OICR) and on the Pharmaceutical Industry Board of the Amer
 ican\nPediatric Family Foundation. Originally from Huntingdon Valley\,\nPe
 nnsylvania\, he began his career at IMS America\, the leading\npharmaceuti
 cal market research company.\n\nMr. Carchedi received a B.S. in Marketing 
 from West Chester University\nand an MBA in Marketing from Drexel Universi
 ty.\n
