 nd\nDistinguished Professor of Accounting in the Department of Accounting\
 nand Information Management at the University of Tennessee. She is also\nt
 he Director of the Ph.D. Program in Accounting. Dr. Myers graduated\nfrom 
 the University of Michigan in 2001 and has published in The\nAccounting Re
 view\, Journal of Accounting and Economics\, Journal of\nAccounting Resear
 ch\, Contemporary Accounting Research\, Review of\nAccounting Studies\, Ac
 counting Organizations & Society\, Auditing: A\nJournal of Practice & Theo
 ry\, Journal of Accounting\, Auditing\, and\nFinance\, Journal of Accounti
 ng and Public Policy\, Accounting Horizons\,\nJournal of Business Finance 
 & Accounting\, and Review of Quantitative\nFinance and Accounting. Dr. Mye
 rs also serves as an Editor for\nAccounting Horizons\, an Associate Editor

 ission\, and she has been quoted\non Marketplace Business. She received th
 e American Accounting\nAssociation’s Notable Contribution to the Auditin
 g Literature Award\nin 2014\, the American Accounting Association’s Fina
 ncial Accounting\nand Reporting Section Best Paper Award in 2009\, the Fin
 ancial\nExecutives Research Foundation’s Award for the Outstanding\nAcco
 unting Review Article in 2004. She also received a 2012\nOutstanding Revie
 wer Award from Contemporary Accounting Research. Dr.\nMyers is a Visiting 
 Researcher at Lancaster University and was a\nVisiting Chair Professor at 
 The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her\nresearch interests are varied a
 nd include audit markets\, corporate\ndisclosure\, and financial reporting
  quality. She has taught financial\nand managerial accounting to Undergrad
 uate and MBA students\, and\ncurrently teaches Doctoral seminars in accoun
 ting.\n
