 taking place\nJune 18-20\, 2018 in Orlando\, Florida. Designed to introduc
 e\nhigh-performing freshmen from racial and ethnic minority groups\ntradit
 ionally underrepresented in the professional services industry\nto PwC. St
 udents will work alongside peers and PwC professionals to\nactively learn 
 about themselves\, as well as gain insights into the\nprofessional service
 s industry to help confirm academic path and\ncareer objectives. An opport
 unity to experience the challenges\,\nexcitement and camaraderie of life a
 t PwC!\n * Start (Sophomores) - The Start internship in IFS allows student
 s\nto learn more about our firm while further developing the skills\nneces
 sary for success in the business world. This program is for\nracial and et
 hnic minority groups traditionally underrepresented in\nthe professional s
 ervices industry to PwC. After successful\ncompletion\, students will have
  the opportunity to complete a client\nservice internship.\n * Elevate (So
 phomores) - The Elevate programs are selective programs\nfor high-achievin
 g college students interested in learning about a\nfast-paced career in th
 e professional services industry. This exciting\nprogram allows you to int
 eract with PwC professionals and learn about\nthe world of business. You
 ’ll have the chance to build your\nleadership brand and expand your netw
 ork with students and\nprofessionals from your market. While it’s not re
 quired\,\nparticipation in Elevate is a great step on your path to applyin
 g for\nAdvance\, PwC’s internship experience.\n\n
