 place\nJune 18-20\, 2018 in Orlando\, Florida. Designed to introduce\nhigh
 -performing freshmen from racial and ethnic minority groups\ntraditionally
  underrepresented in the professional services industry\nto PwC. Students 
 will work alongside peers and PwC professionals to\nactively learn about t
 hemselves\, as well as gain insights into the\nprofessional services indus
 try to help confirm academic path and\ncareer objectives. An opportunity t
 o experience the challenges\,\nexcitement and camaraderie of life at PwC!\
 n * Start (Sophomores) - The Start internship in IFS allows students\nto l
 earn more about our firm while further developing the skills\nnecessary fo
 r success in the business world. This program is for\nracial and ethnic mi
 nority groups traditionally underrepresented in\nthe professional services
  industry to PwC. After successful\ncompletion\, students will have the op
 portunity to complete a client\nservice internship.\n * Elevate (Sophomore
 s) - The Elevate programs are selective programs\nfor high-achieving colle
 ge students interested in learning about a\nfast-paced career in the profe
 ssional services industry. This exciting\nprogram allows you to interact w
 ith PwC professionals and learn about\nthe world of business. You’ll hav
 e the chance to build your\nleadership brand and expand your network with 
 students and\nprofessionals from your market. While it’s not required\,\
 nparticipation in Elevate is a great step on your path to applying for\nAd
