 e\nLending Specialist’s primary responsibilities will be to cultivate\ns
 ales opportunities from various lead sources while actively training\nto b
 ecome a licensed Loan Officer.\n\nBy participating in our in-house trainin
 g program\, this role will\nallow for fast-paced professional growth withi
 n 3-6 months. A\nsuccessful candidate will possess excellent verbal and wr
 itten\ncommunication skills\, be hard working\, and eager to learn in a\nf
 ast-paced environment. This opportunity is ideal for a recent college\ngra
 duate or someone interested in building a sales career. Spring EQ\nis will

 sponsibilities\n\n * Provide excellent customer service to all potential S
 pring EQ\ncustomers\n * Manage sales leads from various sources and transf
 er those\ncustomers to a licensed loan originator\n * Answer inbound sales
  calls and make outbound calls in order to\npre-screen leads for the licen
 sed Loan Originator.\n * Conduct initial interviews with prospective loan 
 applicants\n * Engage customers to obtain necessary application informatio
 n and\ndocumentation\n * Actively participate in the Lending Specialist tr
 aining program\n * Provide administrative and/or clerical support as neede
 d\n\nQualifications\n\n * Bachelor’s Degree required\n * Interested in l
 earning the home equity lending industry with an\nemphasis on sales\n * Ex
