 on\nmakers behave when new changes are controversial\, with stakeholders\n
 advocating both for and against them. He has examined a range of new\nprac
 tices for this purpose\, including those related to corporate\nsocial resp
 onsibility (CSR)\, resource allocation\, workforce diversity\,\nand supply
  chain management. Dr. Briscoe also studies the effects that\nnew and chan
 ging organizational practices have on employees. In those\nstudies\, he is
  particularly interested in how changes are affecting\nprofessional employ
 ees\, whose traditional ways of working are often\nbeing challenged and di
