SUMMARY:Diversity and Inclusion Case Competition
DESCRIPTION: \n\nDrexel University’s LeBow College of Business is hosting
  our 2nd\nannual Diversity and Inclusion Case Competition\, sponsored by V
 anguard\nas well as LeBow BRIDGE. Teams of undergraduate student participa
 nts\nwill act as management consultants or members of the board of\ndirect
 ors and will be charged with determining the best course of\naction for an
  organization based on a provided workplace scenario.\nThis case competiti
 on will focus will on diversity and inclusion\,\nwhich crosses all discipl
 ines and all types of corporations.\n\nThere will only be 18 teams partici
 pating\, so space is limited! Each\nteam must have 3 - 4 undergraduate stu
 dents (any major is welcome to\napply!) Each team is required to have an a
 dvisor (either a faculty or\nstaff member from their university). The advi
 sor does not need to be\npresent at the competition.\n\nThe first 18 eligi
 ble teams to complete the application/registration\nprocess and selected w
 ith the sole discretion of Drexel University\nwill be eligible to particip
 ate in the competition\n\nThe deadline to apply (if there are still openin
 gs for a team) is\nSunday\, November 4 at midnight.\n\nEach student on a t
 eam needs to register individually but all with the\nsame team name. The t
 eam name should also include the name of the\nadvisor (for example\, Team 
 Drexel\, Advisor Lisa DeLuca) A resume is\nrequired as part of the applica
 tion. The resume file should be saved\nas your name (not Resume.doc) No in
 complete teams will be considered\nfor participation. If you do not have a
 n account with the LeBow\nCollege of Business\, you will be prompted to cr
 eate one during the\nregistration/application process for this competition
 .\n\nTeams will be notified by November 7\, 2018 if selected to participat
 e.\n\nNovember 17\, 2018 : Diversity and Inclusion Business Case Competiti
 on\n\n * Teams will prepare 10 minute presentations in response to the cas
 e\n * Teams will prepare for 5 minutes of Q&A following their\npresentatio
 ns\n * The format for the preliminary round\, and those teams who advance\
 nto the finals\, will be the same.\n * Teams will learn presentation times
  during registration on\nNovember 17 at 8:30 a.m.\n * Dress is business pr
 ofessional.\n * Judges will include LeBow faculty\, administration\, and V
 anguard\nexecutives\, using competition evaluation criteria.\n\nPrizes: 1s
