 ly in order to make logical and\ninformed decisions\n * Participate in tea
 m exercises to sharpen soft skills\n * Learn how to maximize effective and
  productive interaction to\ndevelop trust and build professional rapport\n
  * Create a learning plan for ongoing practice and refinement of\ninterper
 sonal skills\n * Learn the common mistakes students make when engaging wit
