 t is a two-year\nrotational program that offers on-the-job experience in a
 pproximately\nfour different business functions. Leadership Fellows have a
 n\nopportunity to explore many different areas such as operations\,\nfinan
 ce\, transportation\, human resources\, etc.\n\nPast Leadership Fellows ha
 ve contributed to key regional capital\nprograms\, learned the nuts and bo
 lts of policy development\, and\nmanaged the challenges of daily operation
 s at our transportation\nfacilities. After successful completion of the pr
 ogram\, Leadership\nFellows will be considered for key positions in areas
