DESCRIPTION: \n\nTEDX LEBOW PROVIDES A PLATFORM FOR FOUR LEBOW STUDENTS TO 
 PRESENT A\n10-MINUTE TED TALK FOCUSED ON DIVERSITY & INCLUSION.\n\nThis ye
 ar’s TEDx LeBow event will take place on Wednesday\, November\n13th from
  5-6pm in GHall 220.\n\nSPEAKER REQUIREMENTS\n\n * Speakers must be a curr
 ently enrolled LeBow undergraduate or\ngraduate students\n * Students will
  have 10 minutes to speak about the topic of their\nchoice (within reason 
 and as long as it fits the Diversity & Inclusion\ngroup’s mission)\n * P
 otential speakers must submit an essay as to why they feel\npassionately a
 bout a certain topic\, why they want to share their\nstory\, and an abridg
 ed version of their speech. Questions to consider:\nWhy do you care about 
 diversity & inclusion? What does it mean to you?\nWhy is it important? Wha
 t is your connection to the topic? What is\nyour story? Why do you want to
  share your story? If given the\nopportunity to share your story with Drex
 el\, how would you present it?\nUse this opportunity to begin framing your
  speech. (Note: We don’t\nexpect you to have your speech fully developed
 \, but having ideas and\ntopics you want to discuss will help your mentors
  alight your vision\nwith action.)\n * Speaker applications close on Monda
