 e_\n\nMost companies want to do the right thing when it comes to ethics. I
 t\nseems that it should be as easy as just telling everyone in the\norgani
 zation ‘always do the right thing.’ As we all know building\nan ethica
 l culture is not that simple. This session will explore the\ndynamics of b
 uilding and sustaining an ethical culture\, especially in\nan environment 
 where everything cannot always be black and white.\n\nIn this session part
 icipants will: • Learn why it is so hard to\nbuild and sustain an ethica
 l culture. • Be challenged with ethical\ndilemmas. • Explore cases whe
 re ethics\, culture\, and behavior\nevolved into shades of grey. • Take 
 away practical ideas to build or\nreinvigorate your Company’s approach t
