 \nfirms face heightened scrutiny from shareholders\, activists\,\nregulato
 rs\, media\, and boards\, demanding leaders create strong\ncorporate value
 . The threat of failure is high\, with household brands\nstumbling. From K
 raft-Heinz losing 25% of its market share in one day\,\nto firms like Targ
 et\, Facebook\, Capital One\, and AMCA (Quest/LabCorp)\nexperiencing secur
 ity breaches\, firms are more susceptible to poor\npublic responses. These
  failures suggest good governance matters.\nBoards and corporate leaders n
 eed a strong corporate governance\nframework to maintain effective decisio
 n making and enhance corporate\nvalue.\n\nThis executive course will addre
 ss critical issues in governance from\na broad perspective and explore how
  they drive value and impact daily\nlives. Key topics covered will include
  best practices in governance\,\nhow governance impacts you directly\, and
  examining real life\nscandals/crises. This course uses an experiential ap
