 undle of training modules on important topics relating to DEI. By\ncomplet
 ing the “Understanding Power and Privilege” bundle and\nattending this
  complementary seminar hosted by OED\, you will earn a\ncertificate certif
 ying your completion.\n\nTopics will include:\n\n * Microaggressions\n * P
 rivilege Walk\n * Five Steps for Being an Ally for the Black Community\n\n
 Attendees will develop an understanding of ways in which power and\nprivil
 ege show up in our working and learning spaces. Successful\ncompletion wil
 l be marked by an understanding of the link between\nthese concepts and mi
 croaggressions\, and how individuals can leverage\nthat understanding as a
 llies on behalf of students and colleagues from\nmarginalized groups.\n
