 ve effect. Students will row in racing shells\ntwice in a day from Philade
 lphia’s storied Boathouse Row. They will\nundergo training\, race prepar
 ation and a race itself. During classroom\ninstruction\, students will deb
 rief team performance at various\nphysical and psychological stages to gai
 n an understanding of their\npath to generating and aligning collective po
 wer and focus. Coaches\nand students will discuss how these same dynamics
