As competition for funding fiercens and demands\nin crease on nonprofits to double down on their missions and display\nincreas ed financial management complexity\, nonprofit board members are\noften fa ced with more complex decisions and increased demands on time.\nThe 2022 D irectors Dialogue for Nonprofits curates panels of top\nnonprofit thought leaders to engage participants in candid\,\nclosed-door governance discuss ions. Participants hear firsthand\naccounts of the challenging experiences faced by nonprofit directors\,\nexecutives and governance experts.
