DESCRIPTION: \n\nDirectors Dialogue for Nonprofits brings together nonprofi
 t directors\nand executives to engage in candid discussions of key nonprof
 it\ngovernance topics. As competition for funding fiercens and demands\nin
 crease on nonprofits to double down on their missions and display\nincreas
 ed financial management complexity\, nonprofit board members are\noften fa
 ced with increased complex decision-making and demands on\ntime.\n\nThe 20
 23 Directors Dialogue for Nonprofits will curate panels of top\nnonprofit 
 thought leaders to engage participants in candid\,\nclosed-door governance
  discussions. Participants will hear firsthand\naccounts of the challengin
 g experiences faced by nonprofit directors\,\nexecutives and governance ex
 perts. While engaging with panelists and\nother participants\, attendees w
 ill gain insight into the standards by\nwhich their peers oversee their re
 spective nonprofit boards as well as\ncutting-edge governance practices to
  take back to their own nonprofit\nboards.\n\n_The program is limited to 4
