DESCRIPTION: \n\nCASE SCENARIO: Sharing Excess is exploring a strategic exp
 ansion to\nNew York City\, and it’s looking to better understand differe
 nt\naspects of this market entry. The nonprofit is particularly interested
 \nin what this move would look like financially (projected revenues and\nc
 osts)\, who it should develop partnerships with (food donors\,\nvolunteer 
 sources\, etc.)\, and what the current market / competitive\nlandscape loo
 ks like. Develop a recommendation (via a PowerPoint\npresentation) to pres
 ent to Sharing Excess focused on those key areas\nto aid in its expansion 
 efforts.\n\nDELIVERABLES: 10-minute presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint\, G
 oogle\nSlides\, etc.)\n\nTEAMS: Please note that teams may consist of a ma
 ximum of five (5)\npeople. There will be a maximum of eight (8) teams allo
 wed into the\ncase competition. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY TEAM MEMBER HAS TO
