Thi s workshop\nwill open with a discussion on these barriers\, not to mention others\,\nthat women face in growing their personal wealth during their w orking\nyears.\n\nFocusing on women’s non-participation in the stock mar ket in\nparticular\, this workshop will address how the role of fear serve s to\ndiscourage their engagement with the investment world\, thus resulti ng\nin a pronounced gender difference in financial inclusion.
