 Agent Co-op\, you will get to wear many hats\nand gain a wide range of exp
 eriences in the Real Estate world. You\nwill work directly with clients: Y
 ou will be tasked with improving\ncustomer engagement by providing immedia
 te assistance to buyer and\nrental inquires during scheduled tours. Daily 
 tasks will include\nshowing properties to clients\, providing feedback for
  all tours\,\nsearching the market\, social media management\, content cre
 ating\,\nfollowing up with agents and properties on rental rates\, concess
 ions\nand leases. Like a Real Estate agent in the industry\, you will also
 \nlearn and create comparable market evaluations for buyers and sellers\,\
 nassist in the purchase and selling process and acquire knowledge in\nwrit
 ing up leases and offer contracts. Improving the current process:\nWe are 
 working to improve many of the industry’s broken processes of\ncommunica
 tion through technology and social media\, creating faster and\nmore effic
 ient ways of reaching customers while providing\nrecommendations and infor
 mation.\n\nMiscellaneous Tasks: Support market launches in new metros. Whi
 le\nAlkina has partnerships that have marketing throughout the US\, our\nR
 eal Estate brokerage services are limited to Philadelphia and Miami.\nWork
 ing alongside the Broker and owner\, the intern will help develop\nthe blu
 eprint we will use to target the best cities to launch new\nmarkets in.\n
