 ogram designed to prepare students for\ncareers at top firms in private eq
 uity\, investment banking and private\nmarkets.\n\nLaunched in 2025 throug
 h the generosity of W. Nicholas Howley ’75\nand The Howley Foundation\, 
 the Howley Finance Academy equips\nparticipants to stand out in co-op\, in
 ternship and full-time roles\nthrough custom coursework\, specialized prog
 ramming and engagement with\nindustry professionals and alumni. Students a
 ccepted into the Academy\njoin a cohort-based experience that extends thro
 ugh graduation.\n\nThis session will highlight how the Academy prepares st
 udents to excel\n— from strengthening quantitative and market knowledge 
 to applying\nthose skills through coursework\, modules\, experiential lear
 ning and\nindustry engagement. Students will hear insights from LeBow facu
 lty as\nwell as alumni who are working in private equity and investment\nb
 anking — including Noah Mamane ’22\, Private Equity Associate at\nAEA 
 Investors\, and Adam Pezzimenti ’24\, Direct Investment Analyst at\nHami
 lton Lane.\n\nEligibility Requirements for the Howley Finance Academy:\n\n
  * Open to second year students\n * Major in finance (students from other 
 majors may be considered)\n * Strong quantitative skills  \n * A demon
 strated commitment to careers in investment banking\,\nprivate equity or o
 ther private markets\n\nStudents on co-op who are unable to attend the ses
