DESCRIPTION: \n\nLeBow undergraduate students are invited to learn about th
 e Howley\nFinance Academy — a highly selective program designed to prepa
 re\nstudents for careers at top firms in private equity\, investment\nbank
 ing and private markets.\n\nLaunched in 2025 through the generosity of W. 
 Nicholas Howley ’75\nand The Howley Foundation\, the Howley Finance Acad
 emy equips\nparticipants to stand out in co-op\, internship and full-time 
 roles\nthrough custom coursework\, specialized programming and engagement 
 with\nindustry professionals and alumni. Students accepted into the Academ
 y\njoin a cohort-based experience that extends through graduation.\n\nThis
  session will highlight how the Academy prepares students to excel\n— fr
 om strengthening quantitative and market knowledge to applying\nthose skil
 ls through coursework\, modules\, experiential learning and\nindustry enga
 gement. Students will hear insights from LeBow faculty as\nwell as alumni 
 who are working in private equity and investment\nbanking.\n\nEligibility 
 Requirements for the Howley Finance Academy:\n\n * Sophomore standing \n
  * Major in finance (students from other majors may be considered)\n * Str
 ong quantitative skills  \n * A demonstrated commitment to careers in 
 investment banking\,\nprivate equity or other private markets\n\nStudents 
 on co-op who are unable to attend the session in person are\nencouraged to
