DESCRIPTION: \n\nLeBow second-year undergraduate students are invited to le
 arn about\nthe Howley Finance Academy — a highly selective program desig
 ned to\nprepare students for careers at top firms in private equity\,\ninv
 estment banking and private markets.\n\nLaunched in 2025 through the gener
 osity of W. Nicholas Howley ’75\nand The Howley Foundation\, the Howley 
 Finance Academy\n[/academics/undergraduate/co-op-experience/howley-finance
 -academy]\nequips participants to stand out in co-op\, internship and full
 -time\nroles through custom coursework\, specialized programming and\nenga
 gement with industry professionals and alumni. Students accepted\ninto the
  Academy join a cohort-based experience that extends through\ngraduation.\
 n\nThis session will highlight how the Academy prepares students to excel\
 n— from strengthening quantitative and market knowledge to applying\ntho
 se skills through coursework\, modules\, experiential learning and\nindust
 ry engagement. Students will hear insights from LeBow faculty\,\ncurrent H
 owley Finance Fellows\, and alumni who are working in private\nequity and 
 investment banking.\n\nELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOWLEY FINANCE ACA
 DEMY:\n\n * Open to second year students\n * Major in finance (students fr
 om other majors may be considered)\n * Strong quantitative skills  \n 
 * A demonstrated commitment to careers in investment banking\,\nprivate eq
 uity or other private markets\n\nStudents on co-op who are unable to atten
