 D ’94\,\nPE\, vice president of development at BET Investments\, on how 
 his\nDrexel education served as the foundation for his career in designing
 \nand developing some of the Philadelphia region’s most successful\nproj
 ects. Then tour the capstone phase of the project\,\nEleven33\, which fe
 atures 208 apartment units and 23\,000 square feet\nof new retail space th
 at’s home to Wonder\, SweatHouz\, HiLo House\,\nHoneygrow and more.\n\nG
 ain a firsthand and behind-the-scenes perspective on commercial real\nesta
 te development and network with other Drexel alumni working in\nreal estat

 ges will be provided.\n\nMEET THE SPEAKER\n\nIn his role as vice president
  of development for BET Investments\,\nPETER CLELLAND ’94\, PE\, coordin
 ates the various disciplines of\nengineering and architecture with tenant 
 requirements and related\nlegal matters to bring properties and projects f
 rom early inception\nthrough design\, permitting and construction to ultim
 ate occupancy. He\nis a graduate of Drexel University with dual bachelor
 ’s degrees in\narchitectural engineering and civil engineering with over
  15 years of\nexperience in designing and developing commercial and reside
 ntial real\nestate projects. Prior to joining BET\, Clelland was senior pr
 oject\nmanager with Bohler Engineering\, an engineering firm serving some 
 of\nthe largest retailers and retail developers working in the east coast\
 nmarket.\n
