 ludes topics about the\nboard of directors\, executive compensation\, owne
 rship structure\,\nshareholder activism\, institutional investors\, merger
 s and\nacquisitions\, private equity\, sustainable finance\, regulation\, 
 talent\nmanagement\, etc.\n\nThe conference will take place on Friday\, Ap
 ril 16\, 2027 at Drexel\nUniversity. All participants must attend in-perso
 n.\n\nThe conference this year offers an optional dual submission to the\n
