 /\n\nHost Frank Linnehan\, Ph.D.\, interim dean of LeBow College of Busine
 ss\nDr. Frank Linnehan is the Interim Dean for Drexel University’s LeBow
 \nCollege of Business and Professor of Management in LeBow’s\nDepartment
  of Management. Dr. Linnehan received his Ph.D. in Human\nResources Admini
 stration from Temple University and has taught both\ngraduate and undergra
 duate courses in Leadership\, Organizational\nBehavior\, Human Resources\,
  Compensation and Management. Prior to\nreceiving his Ph.D.\, Dr. Linnehan
  worked for seventeen years in both\nline and Human Resource management in
  the financial services industry.\nDr. Linnehan’s research interests inc
 lude school-to-work transitions\nfor high school and college students\, ad
 ult-youth mentoring\,\nAffirmative Action\, Equal Employment and workforce
  diversity\ninitiatives. He has authored or co-authored papers that have a
 ppeared\nin the Academy of Management Journal\, Strategic Management Journ
 al\,\nJournal of Vocational Behavior\, Group and Organization Management\,
 \nApplied Psychology: An International Journal\, Journal of Applied\nSocia
