Dr. Linnehan received his Ph.D. in Human\nResources Admini stration from Temple University and has taught both\ngraduate and undergra duate courses in Leadership\, Organizational\nBehavior\, Human Resources\, Compensation and Management. Prior to\nreceiving his Ph.D.\, Dr. Linnehan worked for seventeen years in both\nline and Human Resource management in the financial services industry.\nDr. Linnehan’s research interests inc lude school-to-work transitions\nfor high school and college students\, ad ult-youth mentoring\,\nAffirmative Action\, Equal Employment and workforce diversity\ninitiatives.
