 be held at\nthe Drexel University LeBow College of Business. The conferenc

 overnance.\n\nPaper presentations will begin at 9 a.m. on Friday\, March 2
 7 and\nconclude by 4:00 pm.\n\nRene’ Stulz\, the Everett D. Reese Chair 
 of Banking and Monetary\nEconomics and the Director of the Dice Center for
  Research in\nFinancial Economics at the Ohio State University\, will rece
 ive an\naward for outstanding contributions to research in corporate\ngove
 rnance and present the keynote speech at Friday’s luncheon.\n\nRen M. St
 ulz was the editor of the Journal of Finance\, the leading\nacademic publi
 cation in the field of finance\, for twelve years. He is\non the editorial
  board of more than ten academic and practitioner\njournals. Further\, he 
 is a member of the Asset Pricing and Corporate\nFinance Programs and the d
 irector of the Risk of Financial\nInstitutions Group of the National Burea
