 articipants.\n\nJason Wilson writes the spirits column for the Washington 
 Post. His\ncolumn has twice won an award for Best Newspaper Food Column fr
 om the\nAssociation of Food Journalists. Wilson is also the series editor 
 of\nThe Best American Travel Writing and editor of The Smart Set. His work
 \nhas appeared in many magazines and newspapers\, including National\nGeog
 raphic Traveler\, Travel + Leisure\, the Boston Globe\, and the\nWashingto
 n Post’s Sunday magazine. Wilson was previously the\nrestaurant critic a
 t Philadelphia Magazine. He teaches at Drexel\nUniversity\, which generous
