This high ly\ninteractive session will provide an understanding of key financial\nda ta\, and the impact human capital and technology have on the cost of\nasse ssing the consideration of strategic acquisitions.\n\nLUNCH SESSION _EMERG ING TECHNOLOGIES AND BIG DATA: AN EXCITING\nJOURNEY_ Big data and predicti ve analytics are dominating the strategy\ndiscussion in today’s boardroo ms. We explore the market dynamics\,\nimplications and opportunities for e xecutives and board members during\nthis thought provoking discussion.\n\n SESSION III: _HUMAN CAPITAL – THE TALENT PIPELINE: IN THE C-SUITE\nAND O N THE BOARD_ A key role of the board is to ensure that the “C\nSuite” has the necessary skills to perform today’s tasks while\, at\nthe same t ime\, building organizational competency for the future.\nThere is increas ing pressure from activist shareholders and regulatory\nagencies to evalua te the performance and core competencies of the\nboard.
