 inst a background of varying pressure from shareholder activists\n– incl
 uding open warfare over compensation\, board composition and\neven the con
 figuration of the business units and assets of the\ncorporation as they ha
 ve historically developed. The Directors Academy\nwill challenge participa
 nts to develop their focus on the sometimes\ncompeting interests of multip
