 ing in Europe\, Northern Asia\,\nAfrica\, New Zealand and Australia.\n\nHa
 rry’s experience includes serving as Managing Director of\nInvestments a
 nd Insurance with Australian and New Zealand Bank (ANZ)\,\nwhere he was ba
 sed in Sydney and ran the Australian life insurance\,\ninvestment\, retire
 ment services\, general insurance and advice\nbusinesses for this large re
 gional Australasian bank. During his time\nin Australia\, he was also Mana
 ging Director and Chief Executive\nOfficer of ING Australia.\n\nHis U.S. b
 usiness experience includes serving as President of Voya’s\nU.S. Retail 
 Annuity Business Group\, where he directed Voya’s fixed\,\nindexed and v
 ariable annuity business. He also spent over a decade\nwith Fidelity & Gua
 ranty Life Insurance Company where he served as\nChief Executive Officer a
 nd President as well as holding key senior\nleadership roles for its paren
 t companies USF&G Corporation\, St. Paul\nCompanies and Old Mutual U.S. Ho
 ldings\, Inc. He began his career in\npublic accounting with KPMG where he
  spent 10 years working primarily\nwith multi-national enterprises.\n
