Mr. Wescoat also\nwas the CFO of a fast growing\, woman-owned fashion accessories\nbusiness that exp erienced an unusual crisis caused by the untimely and\ntragic death of its Owner/ Founder. His management of this period\, and\nsubsequent successfu l sale of the business to a NYSE listed company\nfor the benefit of her fa mily was the subject of an INC. magazine\narticle.\n\nSince the 90’s\, M r. Wescoat has been the CFO of three NASDAQ listed\nconsumer products comp anies – Vans\, Cherokee and Skullcandy. In his\nalmost six years at Vans he helped transform the company from a US\nbased manufacturer of casual f ootwear into an international teen brand\nphenomena. In addition to these experiences\, Mr. Wescoat was the\nexecutive vice president and CFO of Asp en Education Group\, the leading\nprovider of therapeutic education to tro ubled teens\, which was sold to\na Bain Capital/CRC Health. Wescoat has al so served as the chief\nadministrative officer for the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team and\nwas the CFO of VIZIO\, the $3+ billion market leading supplier of HDTVs\nand consumer electronics. Recently\, he joined Emulex\, an NYSE listed\ncompany and leader in network connectivity and security.\ n\nMr. Wescoat lives in Orange County and is active in a variety of\nchari table activities. He is on the advisory board of Hoag Hospital\nIrvine\, a nd is active with the Hoag Hospital Foundation.
