 since January 2014 and has served\nas President since May 2012. From Novem
 ber 2010 to January 2014\, Lenny\nhad also served as Chief Operating Offic
 er. Lenny joined the Company\nin 2001 as Director of Convenience Store & F
 uel Operations for the\nCompany’s proprietary chain of Quick Stuff conve
 nience stores\, which\nincluded more than 60 locations at the time it was 
 sold in 2009. In\n2004\, he was promoted to Division Vice President of Qui
 ck Stuff\nOperations\, and in 2006 he was promoted to Regional Vice Presid
 ent of\nQuick Stuff and the Company’s Southern California region\, which
 \nincluded more than 150 Jack in the Box restaurants. In 2007\, Lenny was\
 npromoted to Vice President of Operations\, Division II\, and had\noversig
 ht of nearly 1\,200 company and franchised Jack in the Box\nrestaurants in
  the Western U.S. Prior to joining Jack in the Box Inc.\,\nLenny worked fo
 r Exxon Mobil Corporation since 1989\, most recently as\na Regional Manage
 r with responsibility for supporting more than 300\nfranchisees in Califor
 nia\, Nevada and Arizona. In addition to his Jack\nin the Box Inc. respons
 ibilities\, Lenny serves on the Board of\nDirectors of Big Brothers Big Si
