 sses for this large regional Australasian bank. During his time\nin Austra
 lia\, he was also Managing Director and Chief Executive\nOfficer of ING Au
 stralia.\n\nHis U.S. business experience includes serving as President of 
 Voya’s\nU.S. Retail Annuity Business Group\, where he directed Voya’s 
 fixed\,\nindexed and variable annuity business. He also spent over a decad
 e\nwith Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company where he served as\nChi
 ef Executive Officer and President as well as holding key senior\nleadersh
 ip roles for its parent companies USF&G Corporation\, St. Paul\nCompanies 
 and Old Mutual U.S. Holdings\, Inc. He began his career in\npublic account
 ing with KPMG where he spent 10 years working primarily\nwith multi-nation
 al enterprises.\n
