  Moreira is a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC). He\nis a member o
 f the Health Industries Advisory (HIA) group and\nspecifically focused on 
 services related to Health IT (HIT) for\nPharmaceutical and Life Sciences 
 industry clients. He is the vertical\nleader of the P&LS Tech team as well
  as Analytics Services leader for\nP&LS.\n\nMr. Moreira’s area of expert
 ise is in defining\, architecting and\ndelivering innovative business/tech
 nology solutions in the Commercial\nfunctional areas\, (i.e.\, Sales/Brand
  Reporting and Analytics\, Pricing\,\nand Contracts Management\, Trade Man
 agement\, Campaign/Promotion\nManagement\, and Master Data Management/Anal
 ytics Solutions (MDM/BI)\nfor Life Sciences and Wholesaler/Distribution cl
 ients. Mr. Moreira has\nworked with many of the top 100 manufacturers as w
 ell as top 3\nwholesalers by providing consulting and services that span t
 he\ncontinuum from operations assessment\, strategy\, and planning to\nbus
 iness operations architecture and large-scale application design\,\ndevelo
 pment\, and implementation. Additionally\, Mr. Moreira focuses on\nemergin
 g services and needs of our clients related to analytics\,\ndigital\, clou
 d\, and IT transformation services.\n\nHe has over twenty-three (23) years
  of experience in the life sciences\nindustry and specifically\, deliverin
 g consulting & services. Prior to\njoining PwC\, he was the general manage
 r for IMS’s North America\nBusiness Transformation Services which was th
 e IT consulting arm of\nIMS. Prior to IMS\, he was a Partner/Owner with En
 vision Consulting\n(which was acquired by IMS). Prior to that\, Mr. Moreir
 a was the\nSolution Leader of the Pricing and Incentives Solution Practice
  of\nCSC. Prior to joining CSC\, Carlos was a manager in the Pharmaceutica
 l\npractice at Andersen Consulting (Accenture).\n\nMr. Moreira has a B.S.
