 lfred Altomari has served as Agile’s Chief Executive Officer and as\na m
 ember of their board of directors since October 2010. Prior to\nbeing name
 d President and Chief Executive Officer\, Mr. Altomari served\nas Agile’
 s Executive Chairman from 2004 to 2010. From 2008 to\nSeptember 2010\, Mr.
  Altomari was also a consultant. From 2003 to 2008\,\nMr. Altomari held mu
 ltiple senior management positions at Barrier\nTherapeutics\, Inc.\, inclu
 ding Chief Commercial Officer\, Chief\nOperating Officer\, and Chief Execu
 tive Officer. In 2008\, in his role\nas Chief Executive Officer and as a m
 ember of Barrier’s board of\ndirectors\, Mr. Altomari completed the succ
 essful sale of Barrier to\nStiefel Laboratories\, which was subsequently a
 cquired by\nGlaxoSmithKline plc. From 1982 to 2003\, Mr. Altomari held num
 erous\nexecutive roles in general management\, commercial operations\, bus
 iness\ndevelopment\, product launch preparation\, and finance with Johnson
  &\nJohnson. Mr. Altomari also serves on the board of directors of Insmed\
 nInc. and Recro Pharma\, Inc. Mr. Altomari received an M.B.A. from Rider\n
 University and his B.S. from Drexel University.He currently serves on\nLeB
 ow College of Business Advisory Board and the Board of the Charles\nD. Clo
 se School of Entrepreneur at Drexel University. He currently is\na member 
 of the Board of Directors for BioNJ and TASK (Trenton Area\nSoup Kitchen).
