 and Sarah M. Seay Regents Chair in Finance at the McCombs School of\nBusin
 ess at the University of Texas at Austin. Previous recipients\nwere Jonath
 an Karpoff\, Michael Jensen\, Rene Stulz\, Andrei Shleifer\,\nSteven Kapla
