 \nMs. Shawn (Puccio) Bort is an experienced executive with expertise in\ns
 trategy\, transformation of finance operations and management of\ncomplex 
 operations. She served for more than 10 years as CFO of\nSaint-Gobain Corp
 \, the North American subsidiary of Compagnie de\nSaint-Gobain\, a multina
 tional firm. Prior to joining Saint-Gobain\,\nShawn served as audit partne
 r with PriceWaterhouseCoopers with a\nclient portfolio that included large
  multinational corporations and\nlarge public companies. Shawn has extensi
 ve Board experience and\nserves on the Board of Directors of UGI\, an ener
 gy public company and\nsince 2013 as Chair of the GlaxoSmithKline US Trust
  Committee which is\nresponsible for the asset management of GSK’s benef
 it plan. Her work\nin public Boards has been complemented with advisory bo
 ard\nappointments at several non-profit organizations including the\nPhila
 delphia Federal Reserve Bank\, St. Joseph’s Preparatory High\nSchool and
  the PA Women’s forum.\n
