Prior to founding\ nAtairos\, he served as Comcast’s Vice Chairman and Chief Financial\nOff icer. In those roles\, Mr. Angelakis was responsible for many\nstrategic\, financial\, administrative and other areas within the\nCorporation. Durin g his tenure at Comcast\, Mr. Angelakis was\nrecognized by Institutional I nvestor magazine as one of “America’s\nBest Chief Financial Officers ” six out of eight years.\n\nPrior to joining Comcast\, Mr. Angelakis se rved as Managing Director\nand a member of the Management and Investment C ommittees of Providence\nEquity Partners\, one of the leading private equi ty firms investing in\ntechnology\, media and communications companies aro und the world.\nBefore joining Providence\, Mr. Angelakis was Chief Execut ive Officer\nof State Cable TV Corporation and Aurora Telecommunications. He also\nserved as Vice President at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company i n New\nYork\, where he oversaw one of the bank’s media and communication s\nportfolios.
