 author of books and\nscholarly articles on portfolio management\, asset va
 luation\, and\nwealth management. Among others he is co-author of the book
 s Invest\nWith the Fed\, Strategic Value Investing and The Tools and Techn
 iques\nof Investment Planning. His articles have appeared in several\nscho
 larly academic and professional journals. He is the recipient of\nthe 2013
  Alfred C. “Pete” Morley Distinguished Service Award from\nCFA Institu
 te and Outstanding Faculty Member of the Year Award at\nCreighton for thre
 e years. He holds the CFA charter\, the CAIA charter\,\na BSBA degree from
  University of Nebraska-Omaha\, an MBA from Creighton\nUniversity\, and a
