 ences”.\n\nMike Howley is a Clinical Professor at the LeBow College of B
 usiness\nand the Director of the Healthcare Management MBA concentration. 
 His\nresearch examines measuring and managing performance and service\nqua
 lity in healthcare. He is a founding partner of CRO Analytics\, a\nperform
 ance analytics firm in the clinical trials industry. He teaches\ncourses i
 n healthcare management and services marketing. His service\nfocuses on re
 aching out to medically under served population. Prior to\nbecoming a busi
 ness professor\, he provided clinical care as a\nPhysician Assistant for 2
 0 years\, working about half of his career\nworking in a rural\, medically
  under served area and the other half as\na surgical house staff (ICU\, OR
 \, ER\, etc).\n
