Will joined LeBow in March of 2018 and is currently pursuing two degrees in both Computer Information Systems & Cyber Security.
As an IT Help Desk Analyst, Will is responsible for end user support, Configuration Management, and supervises the student workers/work study students in the Help Desk team.
- Maintain Satisfactory End User Support
- Deploy Both Images & Software via Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Give Access To Resources Needed By All LeBow Affiliates
- Supervise Both Student Workers & Work Study Students That Work In Our Help Desk
- Maintain All Devices & Labs In LeBow
