Business Fundamentals for Small Business I: Business Law

Join Richard Freedman, JD, associate professor of legal studies at Drexel LeBow and attorney and partner at Angelini, Viniar & Freedman, LLP, for a presentation that will cover incorporation and legal structures, employment law, business contracts, exit planning and liability planning.
This session will consist of 45 minutes of key principles and knowledge points, followed by the opportunity to ask questions of the presenter. Participants will have the opportunity to send their questions in advance to be covered by the faculty presenters.
