Andy Speiser begins his 26th season with the Philadelphia 76ers and his 15th as Chief Financial Officer. Speiser manages all financial aspects for the team, including supervision of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury functions, serving as financial liaison to the National Basketball Association, and also plays an integral role in managing day-to-day business operation along with the other members of the 76ers executive team.

In addition to his many financial responsibilities, Speiser assists the General Manager’s office on matters regarding the complexities of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. His extensive knowledge of the CBA, including the salary cap and player contracts, has made Speiser an invaluable resource to the basketball operations department.

He also serves on the Board of Directors for two charitable organizations: the Sixers Youth Foundation and the Wilt Chamberlain Memorial Fund.

Prior to joining the 76ers in August 1992, Speiser spent nine years working for McDonnell Douglas Truck Services, Inc. in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, serving as their corporate controller.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Speiser and his wife Sharon have two sons, Alex and Daniel.
