Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business is excited to announce partnership with Phil Gardner, PhD, and ROCS Grad Staffing on the College Hiring Outlook of 2024. This work, formerly called Recruiting Trends, was conducted by Michigan State University’s Collegiate Employment Research Institute.

We are excited to share this latest recruitment data with you and to continue Gardner’s legacy as a renowned researcher in college recruitment trends. The College Hiring Outlook of 2024 marks the 53rd edition of this work.

This work provides powerful insights for employers, economists and Career Centers supporting students as they navigate internship and job searches.
